Prompts:

  • Create a poem using a minimum of three books. There is no maximum.
  • You must use all of the words in the title of the book towards your poem.
  • The poem does not have to rhyme or make sense.
  • If you are struggling to create a poem, you may use one free word of your choice for each book that features in your poem. The word can be anything that you’d like and can feature in any part of your poem.

So I didn’t manage to get anything read during day 1, I couldn’t keep my eyes open as I was setting out to read last night. I managed to complete the Prologue to Black Earth: The Holocaust as History and Warning by Timothy Snyder. Day 2 is winding down and the few hours this afternoon I had planned to read didn’t pan out that way.
